collocherebbe come diretto seguito dell’OAV “Maetel Legend - Sinfonia d’Inverno”, prodotto nel
2001






Molto lontano nello
spazio si trova un pianeta che è condannato a perire sotto una spessa coltre di ghiaccio: Lametahl. Per salvare il
proprio popolo, la regina Promethium ha ordinato ai sudditi di sottoporsi 

alla meccanizzazione dei propri
corpi, dando essa stessa l’esempio. Le loro vite sono salve, ma a un orribile prezzo. Maetel, principessa in
esilio, percorre la galassia sul Galaxy Express 999 quando un 

messaggio della madre la invita a tornare per
assumere il trono di Lametahl. Dietro l’invito si cela però un perfido inganno. Messa sull’avviso, la
principessa chiama in soccorso la sorella Emeraldas e i suoi 

fidi alleati: il genio della meccanica Toshiro
e il grande pirata spaziale, Capitan Harlock...............
